By entering this competition and submitting this form, the applicant (or their parent/guardian) acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Ownership and Usage: Photographic entries remain the property of the creator. However, the creator grants ACT RLA and Landcare ACT permission to use the images in future, without limitation, provided appropriate attribution is given.

Printing: The creator agrees to their photo being printed as a high-quality A3 print.

Public Information: Information provided such as your name, suburb, photo description, and image may be publicly displayed alongside the printed photo.

Permissions:
Do not enter private land (such as farms) to take photos without first obtaining permission.
Permission is also required when photographing individuals (such as farmers).
