As part of this year’s conference, we’re excited to feature a Community Hub showcasing posters and information from volunteer groups and supporting organisations across the ACT region. We’d love your environmental group to share its knowledge and experiences with the community by submitting a poster to be displayed at the Conference.
Poster guidelines:
• Posters need to be A1 or A2 size and must include the author and name of the group. If you wish to use logos, please check with the organisation first (eg ParkCare, Catchment Groups, etc).
• Font size should be large enough to be easily read from a distance. Try not to crowd your poster – a good guide is to leave 30% white space. Make sure you use high resolution images.
• There are many free, easy-to-use online templates for posters which are easy to read and eye-catching.
• Please provide contact details on your poster (email or a QR code is best ). Most people will view the posters during the meal breaks. It would be a good idea to designate someone to discuss your poster with viewers and answer any questions during these times.
Posters need to be printed and brought to the Ann Harding Conference Centre by 9am on the morning of the Conference (Saturday 9th August).
